The Property was acquired on behalf of Clients of C2 Capital in a joint venture with Ardale Property Group.
The business plan is to invest in the appearance and condition of the Estate, with new signage, improved elevations and refurbishment of the vacant accommodation. Rents on the Estate are affordable, and so by presenting the vacant units in an occupiable condition it is expected that vacancy levels will fall and the rental tone will improve.
