Acquired whilst the Westfield scheme was mothballed, the business plan was to hold until the new shopping centre opened and capitalise on rental growth. The Property now occupiers a prime position opposite the shopping centre, with an existing lease which expires in 2026. The current intention is to continue holding whilst the City stabilises following recent improvements to the retail provision.
