We listen carefully to the needs of our Clients, seeking our opportunities which fit with their capital requirements across the risk spectrum. At present this ranges from charitable foundations and pension funds, all the way through to highly opportunistic development led requirements. The timescales of our investments also vary depending upon the needs of our Clients, from short term trading opportunities through to 10-20 year holds with long-term value angles.
C2 Capital works with an extensive network of regional contacts around the UK. Not only does this provide us with accurate and detailed local knowledge on all our transactions, but it also generates a strong pipeline of potential opportunities with which to satisfy our Clients’ requirements. Typically, C2 Capital will assess over £1bn of potential opportunities per quarter, filtering them down to a handful of potential purchases which fulfil our Client requirements.

Once acquired we have a dedicated team of asset management professionals overseeing all of our assets.
Working directly with occupiers, major stakeholders and local advisors we work to deliver upon value-add asset management initiatives and in securing income streams.
Our fee structures ensure that our interests are aligned with those of our Clients to enhance asset values over time, specifically with regards to letting up vacant space and delivering results on schedule and in line with expectations.
Asset management work undertaken over recent years includes lease restructuring, permitted development conversions of office to residential, strategic planning, refurbishments and lettings.
Our Asset Managers have extensive experience across a range of property sectors, with recent work completed on industrial, student accommodation, leisure and retail investments.
Finally, when are Clients are seeking to repatriate capital or take profits we oversee the sales process, identifying the right method of sale, sales agents and legal representatives to ensure best value is secured within the desired timescales.
