C2 Capital has earned a reputation for listening to the needs of our Clients, devising innovative and effective strategies for meeting their requirements, and then executing upon them.

We act for a diverse range of clients, from private individuals to family offices and global institutions.  The needs of each of these vary widely, and often single clients will have multiple sources of capital to invest with different return characteristics. We work with our Clients to create bespoke property investment solutions which fit these needs, whether that involves providing secure income returns or high risk capital value plays, undertaking property development or building a bespoke investment platform. Crucially,  we have proven time and again with effective property asset management, that we can deliver upon these strategies, finding suitable investments and later exiting them and returning superior returns to our Clients.

We also heavily align our interests to those of our Clients, with fees tailored to key investment parameters and target returns. Our remit typically includes deal structuring, sourcing, finance, asset management and reporting.

Since inception in 2009 C2 Capital has invested over £150m on behalf of our Clients and generated average ungeared IRR’s of 24% per annum on assets sold in 2015. In addition, we have a number of live mandates which are currently forecast to out-perform our performance benchmarks.

C2 Capital has consistently grown assets under management since inception in 2009.  Finding suitable investment propositions is key to servicing the needs of our Clients, and we typically assess in excess of £4bn of potential opportunities every year. We do this through our extensive network of regional investment contacts, proving access to key sub-markets around the UK and backed up by local knowledge and expertise.
